充填矸石的物理力学性能研究

摘    要:为了解矸石在充填过程中压实、膨胀等特性对充填效果的影响,对矸石的应力应变曲线、压实度与应力关系、碎胀系数与应力关系进行了试验。试验结果表明:矸石压实应力应变为非线性关系;矸石的压实度与轴向应力呈非线性关系,压实度随着应力的增加而降低;由于破碎间隙的存在,矸石的碎胀系数随着轴压的增加而减小,两者为非线性关系。

Abstract:Laboratory tests were done for researching influence of compaction and hulking of refuse rock on filling effect and several relationships were obtained including stress and strain,compaction degree and stress,hulking coefficient and stress in this paper.Test results were showed as follow.Relationship of compacted stress-strain was nonlinear.Relationship of compaction degree and axial stress was nonlinear.Compaction degree decreased with stress increasing and hulking coefficient of refuse rock decrease with stress increasing.Relationship of compaction degree and hulking coefficient was nonlinear as well.
