| 摘 要： | 在数字时代的大环境之下,媒体间的融合日趋加强,出版业作为文化创意产业的重要组成部分,不论是从政策上还是市场上,数字出版都将成为出版业可持续性发展的必然方向。因此数字出版人才培养成为产业可持续发展的重要保障。本文通过数字化出版的特征分析,提出应按照数字出版人才需求的不同层次定位,构筑数字出版人才所需的知识与能力结构。
