粮食物流产业集群优化途径探讨

目前我国粮食物流产业集群仅具"雏形","三病"问题是无法回避的现实,粮食物流园区"一窝蜂"建设"营养不良"、粮食物流发展滞后于企业发展等现象严重,应对外来冲击时粮食物流产业集群还只是"群羊"。加强粮食物流市场体系的资源整合,通过横向和纵向物流联盟,形成产业集群"联合舰队";通过一体化物流服务,提高粮食物流产业集群社会效益;利用粮食物流现代化管理信息技术,搭建粮食公共信息平台,是促进我国粮食物流产业集群由"群羊"转变为"群狼"的有效对策。

Initial Exploration on Optimization Approach of the Industry Cluster of GrainLogistics

At present,the industrial cluster of grain logistics is only in an early stage in China,＂three prob-lems＂ are unavoidable,grain logistics parks are stampeded into constructing and ＂dystrophic＂,and the develop-ment of grain logistics is behind it of enterprises.These situations are serious,which makes the grain logistics in-dustry clusters be only ＂a flock of sheep＂ against external shocks.It is one of the effective countermeasures to promote the grain logistics industry cluster to transform to ＂a pack of wolves＂ from ＂a flock of sheep＂ in China,to enhance resource integration of grain logistics market system,to build ＂United Fleet＂ of industrial clusters with horizontal and vertical logistics alliance,to improve social benefits of grain logistics industry cluster with in-tegrated logistics service,to build grain public information platform being use of the modern technology of man-agement and information in grain logistics.
