| 摘 要： | 某贫硫高石英脉型岩金矿床,其原矿中金品位仅为1.05 g/t,且基本为"不可见型"的原子态晶格金嵌存于黄铁矿晶格之中。针对该岩金矿矿石中载金矿物(黄铁矿)嵌布不均匀,部分微细粒黄铁矿与细粒脉石连生或包裹的特性,试验确定了采用直接浮选工艺流程获得高品位的金硫精矿。该流程采用组合捕收剂最大限度地回收金矿物,同时采用阶段磨矿的方式提高粗精矿中细粒黄铁矿-石英连生体的解离度。全流程闭路试验获得了金11.56 g/t、硫34.94%的金硫精矿,金回收率72.75%、硫回收率73.33%。
