摘 要: | 介绍了一种基于试验的工业计算机断层成像(CT)尺寸测量不确定度的评定与分析方法,通过一系列重复测量,获得了工业CT尺寸测量不确定度分量和扩展不确定度,所有测量结果均位于亚像素范围,系统误差是试验主要的不确定度分量,可以满足实际应用中对工业CT尺寸测量不确定度评定的要求.

Abstract: | This paper presents a method to determine the uncertainty of dimensional measurements with industrial computed tomography(CT)based on experimental evaluation method.Subsequently,some of the uncertainty budget and the expanded uncertainty are quantified based on a series of measurements.The uncertainty in measurement is within the sub-pixel region for all measures.The systematic bias is the main contributor for all measurement results.The results show that the proposed method can be a suitable approach for CT measurement uncertainty assessment in practical applications. |
