| 摘 要： | 分析了SLM5600立磨液压系统的组成、工作原理和工作模式,给出了一套采用液压同步马达和电磁阀对三个加载油缸同步启动的控制方案,详细分析了这套方案的同步抬辊和同步落辊控制原理及主要元器件的作用。同时针对磨机液压系统应用中常见故障进行解析,并提出了解决方法。

| Abstract: | The system composition, working principle and working mode of SLM5600 vertical mill hydraulic are analysed, and a set of control scheme of synchronous starting three loading cylinder by one hydraulic synchronous motor and electromagnetic valve is putforward, the control principle and main components of the scheme in synchronous roller lifting and dropping is analysed in detail.At the same time, it analyzes the common faults in the application of the hydraulic system of the mill, and puts forward the solutions. |
