| 摘 要： | 牵引电机转子的钎焊质量是保证电机可靠运行的关键,通过设计相控阵超声检测牵引电机转子端环导条焊接缺陷的设备、工装和检测方法,对牵引电机转子进行检测,并对结果进行对比分析,制定出了该型转子焊接质量的检测规范.

| Abstract: | The brazing quality of the traction motor rotor is the key to ensuring the reliable operation of the motor.Through the design of phased array ultrasonic testing equipment,tooling and detection method of traction motor rotor end ring guide bar welding defects,the traction motor rotor is tested and the results are compared and analyzed,and the inspection and control specifications for the welding quality of this type of rotor are formulated. |
