摘    要:首先介绍了炉排炉结构和工作原理,分析了水泥窑+炉排炉协同处置生活垃圾技术的工艺流程,并同其他几种水泥窑协同处置生活垃圾技术相对比。最后,介绍了该技术在水泥厂改造项目的应用情况,并对炉排炉的运行,炉渣、熟料特性以及项目投入产出进行了分析。

Abstract:Firstly, the structure and working principle of grate furnace are introduced, and the technological process of cooperative disposal of domestic garbage with cement kiln + grate furnace is analyzed, and compared with other kinds of cement kiln. Finally, the application of this technology in cement plant alteration project is introduced. The operation of grate furnace, the characteristics of slag and clinker, and the input and output of the project are analyzed.
