摘    要:铁路牵引电机铝合金零件表面疲劳缺陷的在役检测,由于条件限制无法采用渗透方法进行,本文介绍了采用涡流高频屏蔽探头在表面未脱漆的状态下对电机端盖关键部位进行表面缺陷检测的工艺试验过程和检测参数,对实际检测效果进行了说明.

Abstract:The in-service detection of fatigue defects on the surface of aluminum alloy parts of railway traction motor cannot be carried out by penetration method due to the limitation of conditions.This paper introduces the process and test parameters of the eddy current high frequency shield probe for the detection of the surface defects of the key parts of the motor end cover under the condition that the surface is not depainted,and explains the actual detection effect.
