带铜套铝基销钉孔的涡流阵列检测

摘    要:针对某机低压压气机转子叶片根部带铜套的销钉孔部位,采用涡流阵列检测方法,设计并制作对比试样和专用的涡流阵列检测传感器,通过大量样件的涡流检测试验结果和去除铜套后的荧光检测结果对比分析实验,验证了涡流阵列检测方法的可行性和准确性,实现了带铜套铝基销钉孔部位的全覆盖涡流阵列检测。

Eddy Current Array Detection With Copper-cased Aluminum Base Pin Hole

Abstract:For the pin hole with copper skeve at the root of the rotor blude of aircraft low pressure compressor,the eddy current array testing method is adopted,design and production of contrast samples and special eddy current sensor array detection,through a large number of samples of eddy current testing experimental results and removing copper after analyzing the results of fluorescence detection experiment,verify the feasibility and the accuracy of eddy current array detection method,has realized with copper set of complete coverage of aluminum parts of the pin hole array eddy current testing.
