FVDAM在复合材料细观应力分析中的应用

摘    要:将界面平均位移作为未知量,采用直接体积平均技术(FVDAM)实现了对高精度通用单胞模型(HFGMC)的重构,用该方法计算了复合材料在轴向和横向载荷下的细观应力场,并与通用单胞模型(GMC),相容单胞模型(SCMC)及细观有限元(FEM)的计算结果进行比较,结果表明:FV-DAM克服了GMC缺乏剪切-耦合效应、SCMC限于一阶位移模式的缺点,得到的复合材料细观应力分布与FEM结果一致,因而保持了HFGMC高精度的特点,但其在网格划分时,无需将子胞再划分成亚子胞,同时界面平均量代替微变量系数作为方程的未知量,方程数目减少,执行效率更高。

Abstract:Taking interfacial average displacement as basic unknown micro-variables,the reformulation of high-fidelity generalized method of cells (HFGMC) was implemented by finite-volume direct averaging method (FVDAM) . Mesomechanical stress of the composite was obtained by the refined FVDAM in conditions of longitudinal and transverse load and the results were compared with that by GMC (generalized cells model) ,SCMC (strain-compatible method of cells) and FEM.
