| 摘 要： | 本文结合ＡＴＭ技术的发展现状，探讨了以下几个问题：为什么要引入ＡＴＭ技术，ＡＴＭ能不能经济地实现电话等业务，如何在现有通信网的基础上实现ＡＴＭ，以及如何将ＡＴＭ与程控交换机结合等。在总结国外经验的基础上给出对未来发展的一些建议及展望。

| Abstract: | In this paper, considering the new development of ATM technology, we will argue several issues, such as: why ATM is introduced,whether classics teletraffic(such as telephone) can be implemented in a economic way, and how to realize ATM based on present telecommu-nication network. After giving overview of the abroad experiences, a lot of proposal and forecasts are presented. |
