超精密外圆磨床双回转顶尖结构分析

摘    要:利用Comm125超精密外圆磨床作为平台,进行双回转顶尖结构磨削的分析。这种结构保证了加工工件顶尖孔不用进行特别的修整(传统磨床工件顶尖孔要精修),只要保证头架及尾架两个顶尖与工件接触良好即可,并结合对工件的加工试验来加以验证。

Abstract:Double centers mechanism used in ultra-precision cylindrical grinding machine Comm125 was discussed. Not like the traditional way that the workpiece center holes should be prepared carefully (traditionally, before grinding of a cylinder the workpiece center holes must be precisely trimmed by lapping), by means of the double centers mechanism, it is not necessary to fabricate the center holes accurately. With experiments of machining parts, it is verified that it is valid to make use of the double centers mechanism on cylindrical grinding machine.
