摘    要:本文通过90吨UHP电炉氧化渣脱硫及影响钢包脱硫与LF脱氧,脱硫的工艺研究指出,为确保电炉钢的质量,稳定成分,满足连铸的要求,必须造好泡沫渣,限制电炉出钢时(S)(P),防止氧化渣进入钢包,加强原始钢液脱氧,强化LF炉脱氧与吹氩搅拌,保持LF炉良好的还原气氛与一定的白渣时间。

Abstract:This article points out through study of desulphurization with oxidizng slag in 90t UHP EAF and the process affecting desulphurization in ladle, deoxidation. desulphurization in LF furnace , in order to ensure quality of EAF melted steel, stabilize composition and meet requirement of continuous casting, it is necessary to make good foamy slag, limit S] P] content during tapping from EAF, prevent oxidizing slag from enter-ing ladle, strengthen deoxidation of original liquid steel,intensify deoxidation and stirring with argon in LF furnace, maintain good reducing atmosphere in LF furnace and a certain time for white slag.
