摘    要:用减三线蜡膏为原料,采用MIBK单一溶剂脱油新技术,进行蜡膏脱油制取高熔点石蜡研究。分别对溶剂比、一次稀释温度和脱油温度对脱油效果的影响进行考察,结果表明,在满足脱油温度下完全溶解原料中油组分和易于过滤的前提下,采用较小的溶剂比为宜;在含油、熔点和针入度等指标符合要求情况下,选择较低的脱油温度。在较佳操作条件,可制得半炼蜡和全炼蜡。

Abstract:The high melting-point paraffin wax was prepared by taking slack wax as feed and MIBK as single solvent for deoiling. The effects of the solvent ratio, the first dilution temperature and deoiling temperature on the slack wax deoiling were examined. The results showed that, smaller solvent ratio was better when it could meet the requirements of fully dissolving the oil component in the feedstock at the deoiling temperature and good quality filtering; Lower deoiling temperature was more attractive under the qualified oil content, melting point and penetration of the deoiled wax. The semi-refined paraffin wax and fully refined paraffin wax could be prepared at optimum operating conditions.
