摘    要:利用BaO-BaF2-Fe2O3系溶剂,对磷的质量分数≤0.05%的钢液进行二次精炼脱磷处理,测定溶剂组成以及溶剂中添加CaO,Al2O3,SiO2时对钢液磷的质量分数的影响关系,实验确定生产磷的质量分数≤0.05%的超低磷钢时实验熔剂的优化组成和CaO,Al2O3,SiO2添加剂的合适添加量。

Abstract:Experiments on dephosphorization of liquid steel using BaO based flux are conducted in the process of the secondary refining. The influence of the flux compositions as well as CaO, Al 2O 3, SiO 2, as additives of the flux on the dephosphorization is investigated.Based upon the experimental results the optimum compositions for the BaO-based flux and suitable quantity of CaO, Al 2O 3, SiO 2 as additives are determined.
