| 摘 要： | 进入“十二五”环境规划以来，榆林市城镇污水处理厂建设与运营陕速发展，对榆林市水污染治理与水环境保护起到了积极的促进作用。实地调研了榆林市目前投产运行的13座城镇污水处理厂，发现各污水处理厂均不同程度地存在着一些问题。通过对存在问题的分析，该文提出了应重视污水处理、妥善解决污泥处置方向和增加生物反应池管道循环加热等合理化建议，建立健全污水收集排放、污泥处理处置等相关规章制度，并进一步加强污水处理厂的日常监督管理。

| Abstract: | From the beginning of the 12th five-year environmental plan, development and operation of wastewater treatment plants （WWTPs） in Yulin City are very fast. It has played a positive role in controlling the wastewater pollution and protecting the aquatic environment of Yulin City. With the higher requirement in wastewater discharge standard for WWTPs, field investigation was conducted in 13 running WWTPs of Yulin City, which all had different problems. Based on the analysis for existing problems, some reasonable proposals of paying more attention in wastewater treatment, solving the sludge disposal, increasing pipeline heating in biological reaction tank, establishing and improving the collection and discharge of sewage and so on were raised. |
