摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)对优化种衣剂和同配方纳米种衣剂进行了研究.分别用2种种衣剂对花豆种子进行包衣,利用种衣剂成分中均含有钾元素的原理,对包衣种子的浸提液进行火焰原子吸收测定,研究种衣剂在水溶液中的溶解和淋失情况.FAAS测定结果表明:浸种24 h,优化种衣剂和同配方纳米种衣剂的淋失率分别为39.20%、24.42%;浸种48 h分别为85.11%、33.26%;完全洗脱时淋失率分别为100.8%、102.7%,与理论值100%相比,误差分别为0.56%和1.91%,方法的线性相关系数为0.9993.

Abstract:Researched traditional formulation and nano-formulation by flame atomic absorption spectrometric method (FAAS). Coated seeds with traditional formulation and nano-formulation, and determined K element in them by FAAS. Researched dissolution and leaching loss of the seed coating in solution. The results of FAAS showed that the leaching loss rates of the traditional formulation and the nano-formulation were 39.20, 24.42% for 24 h, 85.11, 33.26% for 48 h and 100.8, 102.7% for completely leached.
