新型稀乙烯制乙苯烷基化催化剂的工业应用

摘    要:介绍上海石油化工研究院研制的SEB-08新型稀乙烯制乙苯烷基化催化剂在海南实华嘉盛化工有限公司85 kt/a催化干气制乙苯装置上的工业试验结果。该催化剂与装置原使用的催化剂相比,具有装填量少、装填简单、抗工艺波动能力强、不需要活化、活性高、选择性好、稳定性好、再生周期和使用寿命长等优点,与原催化剂相比,SEB-08的苯烯比仅5.3~5.5 mol/mol,乙烯转化率在97%以上,乙苯产品的纯度在99.8%以上,乙苯产品中杂质二甲苯的质量分数在1.0 mg/g以下,SEB-08的单程使用寿命超过了12个月,总寿命达到了28个月。

Abstract:The SEB-08 catalyst,the new catalyst developed by SINOPEC Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology for alkylation of benzene with dilute ethylene to produce ethyl benzene has been successfully tried in a 85,000 TPY commercial unit for production of ethyl benzene from FCC dry gas in Hainan Shihua Jiasheng Chemical,Co.Ltd..The comparison of results of the new catalyst with those used before show that,the SEB-08 catalyst has the advantage of low loadings,easy to be loaded,high resistance to process fluctuation,no need to activation,high activity,high selectivity,good stability,long regeneration cycle and long life time.The benzene to ethylene ratio of SEB-08 catalyst is only 5.3~5.5 mol.The ethylene conversion is over 97%,the purity of product ethyl benzene is higher than 99.8% and the xylene impurities in ethyl benzene product are lower than 1.0 mg/g.The single-pass life of SEB-08 catalyst is over 12 months and total service life is 28 months.
