采煤机截割部工作稳定性研究

摘    要:为研究采煤机截割部的工作稳定性,利用Matlab、Pro/E、ADAMS和ANSYS联合构造的仿真平台建立截割部的刚柔耦合动力学模型。基于ADAMS/Vibration模块对采煤机截割部进行强迫振动分析,获取系统主要模态能量分布及各阶模态的动态响应特性,对壳体的振动特性及其对传动系统的影响进行分析。分析结果为改进采煤机截割部设计、提高其工作稳定性提供了依据。

Abstract:In order to study the stability of shearer cutting unit,the rigid-flex coupled dynamic model of the shearer cutting unit is established based on the simulation platform composed by Pro/E,Matlab,ADAMS and ANSYS.The forced vibration analysis of shearer cutting unit is carried out based on the ADAMS/Vibration module,and the system mainly modal energy distribution and the modal dynamic response characteristics are obtained.The vibration characteristics of shell and the influence on the drive system are analyzed.The foundations for improving the shearer cutting unit design and working stability is provided by the analysis results.
