摘    要:淮安清江石油化工有限责任公司0.5 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置再生系统的沉降器汽提段发生磨损腐蚀穿孔。通过对沉降器汽提段材料的表观、化学元素、设备安装高度和装置技术参数改进分析,认为穿孔是材料发生了磨损腐蚀(湍流腐蚀)、高温腐蚀和晶间腐蚀,造成这些腐蚀的主要因素是沉降器的安装高度偏低。并分析了沉降器汽提段穿孔形成过程,根本措施是通过技术改造,提高沉降器的安装高度;保守措施是原料轻质化、降低装置负荷和进行装置工艺条件优化。

Abstract:The construction of reactor and regenerator system and failure of stripping section of settler of a 500,000 TPY heavy oil FCCU in Huai'an Qingjiang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd are discussed.The apparent analysis of materials in the stripping section of settler and construction analysis conclude that the failure was caused by erosion corrosion(turbulent flow corrosion),high-temperature corrosion and intergranular corrosion because of lower installation elevation of settler.The process of corrosion failure of stripping section of settler is analyzed,and corresponding measures have been proposed,such as technical revamping to raise the installation elevation of settler,processing of lighter feedstocks,reduction of FCCU's capacity and optimization of process conditions.
