| 摘 要： | 为了进一步提高钢管内喷涂质量,研制开发出双组份新型无气喷涂设备。介绍了这种新设备的喷涂原理、特点及在实际操作中应该注意的事项。详细阐述了新型无气喷涂设备的混合原理,说明这种技术已经取代了依靠人工操作配制涂料的传统技术,并取得了显著成效。

| Abstract: | In order to improve quality of steel pipe internal corrosion, a new type bicomponent airless spray equipment has been developed. This article introduces its spray principle, characteristics and cautions in practical operation,and detailedly expatiated mixture principle of airless spray equipment. This kind of new technology has replaced the traditional one depending on manual operation, and obtained obvious result. |
