探析思维想象力与英语阅读的关系

摘    要:阅读是一种复杂的心理认知行为,思维想象力是人类思维的重要组成部分,必然在教学中起到举足轻重的作用。在阅读教学中,为了充分发挥学习者的想象力,教师一方面应指导学习者将个人经历与阅读体验结合起来,丰富文化背景知识,积累英语视听体验,培养学习者的再造性想象;另一方面应巧妙设问,以疑启思,开拓学习者的创造性思维,培养学习者的创造性想象。

Abstract:Reading competence is a complicated cognitive process.As one indispensable aspect of human mental activities,imagination plays a significant role in it.Therefore,in order to inspire the students' imagination in the periods of teaching reading,the faculty should take the following measures: On one hand,the faculty should instruct the students to associate their own experiences to the reading materials,enrich their cultural background knowledge,accumulate English authentic audio-video experiences,and cultivate the students' reproductive imagination.On the other hand,the faculty should put forward smart questions,which can enlighten the students' minds,and cultivate the students' productive imagination.
