多元共渗金属铜表面强化机制的研究

摘    要:金属铜采用多元共渗后,可改变金属铜表面的组织结构和物理化学性能,既增加了表面强度,又不影响基体导热能力,从而提高部件的使用寿命,介绍了渗层的化学组成,元素分布,金相组织等与性能的关系,并对渗镀过程进行了模拟计算。

Abstract:After copper was penetranted by multi elements,its surface structure,physical and chemical characters can be changed.It can not only increased the surface strength,but can't have influence on the themal conduction of matrix,thereby it can increase the components using life.The relation of penetrate layer's chemical components,elements distribution,microstructure and its property is introduced,and the simulative calculation of penetrated coating progress is done as well.
