摘    要:本文研究了Nb_2O_5、 Y(NO_3)_3、 TiO_2、及 Al_2O_3、 SiO_2对 BaTiO_3半导体陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明室温电阻率的波动随不同施主掺杂物量的改变而不同。Y(NO_3)_3在较宽范围内变化时,试样的室温电阻率能保持较好的稳定性。同时对TiO_2及Al_2O_3、SiO_2都能提高PTC效应的机理进行了解释。

Abstract:The effects of Nb_2O_3, Y (NO_3)_3, TiO_2, Al_2O_3 and SiO_2 on the property of semiconducting barium titanate ceramics were studied. The results showed that the variety of room temperature resistivity was different with the changing quantity in different donors. When the quantity of Y (NO_3)_3 changed largely, the room temperature resistivity changed little, and the mechanism of TiO_2, Al_2O_3, SiO_2 increasing the PTCR effect was also investigated.
