摘    要:医疗废水污染力强,若任其排放,会严重污染引用水源,传播疾病.在目前医疗废水排放指标提高的情况下,医院对以往简易污水处理设施、工艺进行改造已成必然.本文以某综合型二级甲等医院污水处理站改造为例,对处理前后工程、工艺运行效果进行对比分析.结果表明:工程构筑物设计时要注重近远期规划,后期改建增设的格栅大量减少了化粪池中悬、漂浮物的数量、解决了堵塞管道问题;水解酸化池设计更加符合规范,能够满足医院废水脱除氨氮的要求,为今后同类医院污水处理站改造提供参考依据.

Abstract:The pollution force of medical waste water is strong, the discharge of waste water will seriously pollute drinking water supply and spread diseases. In the higher standard of present medical wastewater emission index, it is inevitable for the hospital to transform the past simple sewage treatment facilities and technique. Taking the transformation of a comprehensive class 2hospital sewage treatment plant for an example, the engineering, process operation effects before and after treatment were compared, and the results show that engineering structure design should pay attention to near-term and long-term plan, the late increased grille greatly reduce the amount of suspension and floater in the septic tank, and solve the pipeline block problem; Hydrolytic acidification tank design is more accordance with the specifications, and can satisfy the requirement of removing ammonia nitrogen in hospital wastewater, the result can provide reference for similar hospital to transform the sewage treatment plant in the future.
