| 摘 要： | 提出BP神经网络隐层节点数频谱取值法（Frequency Spectrum-Rule简称FS－Rule)的新概念，并建立了F－S取值模式，实践证明：F－S模型可快速准确地计算隐层点数，较好地解决人工神经网络结构设计的难题。

| Abstract: | The new conception on counting the node of hidden layer was put forward. Frequency spectrumrule model was founded first time. The practices proved that the node of hidden layer can be accounted fleetly and truly by the FS rule. And the problem of design of ANN can be solved preferably. |
