摘    要:设计了新型的飞机电气故障模拟实验系统,用于模拟机载电源故障和用电设备故障,给出了模拟实验系统的总体设计方案;硬件设计部分集成了RS-485、USB和GPIB等多种总线,软件设计部分结合虚拟仪器技术,能够实现故障注入、实时监控故障过程和记录实验数据;针对某型飞机的电气系统故障,进行了相关模拟实验,达到了预期的效果;提出的系统可以模拟通用电气设备故障,具有很好的开放性和可扩展性。

Abstract:A new simulation experimental system of aircraft electrical fault is proposed in this paper, which can simulate the faults of the airborne power and electrical equipment. The system scheme is presented in this paper. The simulation experiment system is integrated by multi-bus, including RS-485, USB and GPIB. The virtual instrument technology is applied in software design. The system software can in-sert a fault, monitor the fault and record the data in real time. Some simulation experiments regarding to an aircraft electrical system have been done and the results achieve the desired effect. This proposed system can simulate general electrical equipment fault and proved to be u-niversal and extendable.
