摘    要:图解设计法,可以相对较少的已知数据快速、直观地获得反应精馏塔的结构和操作参数。本文在转换组成变量的基础上,系统地推导了反应精馏塔板组成线方程及设计可行性判据,提出了基于塔板组成线进行反应精馏图解设计的策略,并对理想反应体系进行了实例设计计算。研究结果表明:利用塔板组成线进行反应精馏设计可同时获得多组可行设计方案,比现有精馏线和剩余曲线设计方法更为有效,并有利于设计的优化和经济效益评价。

Abstract:Reactive distillation is the most important process intensification ways in today's chemical industry. Among the design methods of reactive distillation, the graphical design method allows fast and relatively simple screening of different reactive distillation column configurations based on few data. With the assumption that phase equilibrium and reaction equilibrium is achieved in each stage, the stage composition line equations for reactive distillation column is derived based on the transformed composition variables. Stage composition lines represent all possible liquid compositions in a column section, for specified product compositions and for all reflux or reboil ratios. As the intersection of a pair of rectifying and stripping stage composition lines is a necessary and sufficient condition for the feasibility of staged distillation column, every intersection is an exact solution and produces accurate column specification. Based on these properties, a design strategy for the synthesis of reactive distillation columns using stage composition line is presented. The design strategy is then applied to an ideal reactive system to test its performance. The results show that the stage composition lines method can be easily implemented and generate multiple feasible designs, which is helpful to design optimization and cost evaluation.
