| 摘 要： | 在反应动力学系统参数估计一般性原理的基础上，采用敏感度分析和基团贡献法系统地讨论了线性反应动力学系统的参数估计问题。研究结果表明，对于二组分体系和三组分体系动力学参数可以精确估计和近似会计，这个结果与线性反应动力学系统辨识方法所得的结论相一致。

| Abstract: | Basis on the general principle of the parameter estimation of reaction kinetics, sensitivity analysis and group contribution method were applied to study the problem of parameter estimation of a linear reaction kinetics system. Rate constants were obtainned for two or three components in the kinetics system . but the rate constants are not unique for a kinetic system with more than three components. It agrees with the results from identifiability method of the linear reaction kinetics system. |
