摘    要:巴彦淖尔电业局在春、秋季检查时进行了断路器特性试验,35 kV系统中运行的ZW7-40.5型断路器所配CT19型弹簧操作机构由于弹簧疲劳导致断路器特性试验结果不合格,更换弹簧的方法费时、费力,因此研制了更换合闸弹簧的专用工具。该工具由把手、支架、传动连杆、上固定环、下固定环、轴销构成,结构简单、操作方便,现场更换合闸弹簧可单人完成操作,节省工时,同时能够确保工作人员人身安全。现场应用证明,更换合闸弹簧时,使用该专用工具可将更换时间由原来的2~3 h缩短为20 min,极大地提高了工作效率。

Abstract:Bayannuur Electric Power Bureau carried out circuit breaker characteristic test in spring and autumn inspection, found that the type ZW7-40.5 circuit breaker operation in 35 kV system with CT19 type spring operation mechanism for spring fatigue result in disqualification circuit breaker characteristic test, replace the spring method was time-consuming and laborious, therefore, developed a special tool to replace the closing spring. The tool was consist of handle, stents, connecting bar, fixed ringsand shaft pin, with the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, and replacing the closing spring can be finished singly, which not only save time, but to ensure the personal safety. The applications in field indicated the replacing spring time can be reduced from 2 to 3 hours to 20 minutes, which improves work efficiency.
