摘    要:用Stille聚合法合成了基于4,8-二(2,3-二已基噻吩)苯并1,2-b:4,5-b’]二噻吩(BDTT)和噻吩并3,4-c]吡咯-4,6-二酮(TPD)单元的窄带系D-A共聚物PBDTT-LTPD-M,其主链内受体单元的密度增加,具有较低的HOMO能级(-5.50eV)。用于聚合物太阳能电池中,使电池的开路电压(Voc)达到0.87V,器件的短路电流(Jsc)为6.07mA/cm^2,填充因子(FF)50.22%,光电转换效率(PCE)为2.67%。

The Synthesis and Device Characterization of a D-A Copolymer Polymer Solar Cells Materials Based on Benzodithiophene

Abstract:A new D-A copolymer PDBIT-LTPD-M based on 4, 8-Bis (5- (2-ethylhexyl) thiophen-z-yl) benzo 1, 2-b; 4, 5-b'] dithiophene (EDIT) and bis-thieno 3, 4-c] pyrrole-d , 6-dione (TPD) were synthesized by stille coupling reaction. The HOMO level of this polymer is low (-5. 5eV) for the increase of the acceptor unit. As a result, the Voc of the polymer solar cells reaches up to o. 87V. The Jsc is 6. 07mA/ cm^2, the FF 50. 22 % and the PCE is 2. 67 %.
