烟气湿法脱硫剂的研究进展及工程案例分析

摘    要:脱硫剂材料的选择是烟气脱硫技术的核心与关键。本文分析了不同烟气湿法脱硫剂材料的研究现状,为有效降低烟气中二氧化硫的排放,结合华纺股份有限公司实际锅炉烟气脱硫工程,研究了石灰-石膏作为钙基脱硫剂的工艺设计参数、设计要求及其处理效果。结果表明,高效湿法石灰-石膏工艺具有结构简单、脱硫效率高、运行费用较低的特点,其不仅有效地脱除了烟气中的SO2,而且还可将锅炉运行中所产生的烟气二氧化硫稳定地转化为脱硫副产物(硫酸钙),具有可观的环境和经济效益。

Abstract:The choice of absorbent material is the key point in desulphurization of flue gas. This paper analyzed the progress on the absorbents for desulphurization of flue gas. In order to effectively reduce SO2 discharge of flue gas in the desulphurization project of Huafang Co Ltd, the operation parameters, design requirements and performance of wet lime/gypsum technology for the flue gas desulphurization was investigated in detail. The results showed that wet lime/gypsum method exhibited simple equipments, high desulphurization efficiency, low operation costs, and good environmental benefits in practical applications.
