硼酚醛-环氧树脂涂料的研制

摘    要:以环氧树脂和硼酚醛树脂作为基料研制一种高性能涂料.利用硼酚醛树脂优异的耐高温性、良好的柔顺性和防腐性,来弥补环氧树脂在性能上的一些不足,此种涂料不仅具有耐高温、耐磨、重防腐等特性,同时可长期存在于原油中.实验表明:当使用15 g环氧树脂、6 g硼酚醛树脂、7 g液体端羟基丁腈橡胶、1 g纳米钛浆、6 g钛白粉、6 g滑石粉、0.5 g白炭黑、1 g膨润土、4 g碳化硅、7 g硫酸钡、3 g石墨,固化剂为双氰胺时,涂膜的机械性能与耐高温性能较好,耐腐蚀性能优异.

Abstract:The purpose of this project is to obtain a high-performance coating using epoxy resin and bo- ron phenolic resin as the base material. We used the characteristics of boron phenolic resin as temperature resistant, good meek and heavy-duty to make up for the shortcoming of epoxy resin on the properties. It was not only a temperature resistant and wear resistant heavy-duty coating, but also could exist in the crude oil for a long time. The experiment results indicated that when the coating was built up by 15 g of epoxy resin,6 g of boron phenolic resin,7 g of nitrile rubber, 1 g of titanium nano-slurry ,6 g of titanium dioxide,7 g of barium sulfate, 1 g of bentonite,0.5 of silica,6 g of talc,4 g of silicon carbide,3 g of graphite, and dicyandiamide was used as curing agent, the performance of coating was best, and the corro- sion resistance of coating was excellent.
