硅烷偶联剂Si69对白炭黑填充溶聚丁苯橡胶性能的影响

摘    要:研究了硅烷偶联剂Si69含量对于白炭黑填充溶聚丁苯橡胶性能的影响,当Si69含量达到3.5Phr时其综合性能达到最佳。本工作测量了混炼胶的结合胶含量和硫化胶的交联密度的大小;通过对未硫化胶以及硫化胶的弹性模量G’0.56%与G’0.56%~G’100%的分析,可以得知硅烷偶联剂Si69改性的SSBR的Payne效应降低。

Abstract:A study on the properties of silane coupling agent Si69 content to solution styrene butadiene rubber with silica reinforced, excellent comprehensive performance of the vulcanization was obtained when the Si69 content was 3. 5Phr. In the present article, the bound rubber content and crosslink density was determined. By analysis the unvulcanized and the vulcanized rubber elastic modulus G'0.56% and G'0.56%~G'100%, the Payne effect of SSBR vulcanizates modified with Si69 was weakened.
