DQC401催化剂在环管工艺PP装置上的工业应用

摘    要:介绍了DQC401催化剂在环管工艺聚丙烯(PP)装置的应用情况。DQC401是中国石化催化剂有限公司北京奥达分公司开发的第四代高效球形PP催化剂,为DQ-Ⅲ催化剂的改进型,适用于Spheripol工艺。工业应用表明:DQC401催化剂具有活性高、氢调敏感性好、粒径分布窄、聚合物等规指数大等特点,满足均聚物、抗冲共聚物、无规共聚物生产的需要。

Abstract:It was introduced that the application of DQC401 catalyst in polypropylene(PP) plant with loop polymerization process. The DQC401 catalyst, which was fourth-generation ball-type catalyst for Spheripol process in polymerization of PP and DQ-m catalyst improved product, was developed by organization of the authors. The results of application in plant of the PP show that the DQC401 catalyst has high activity,excell- ent hydrogen response behavior, narrow particle size distribution and high isotactic index of the product. Those advantages make it applicable for prodouction of homopolymer, impact copolymers and random copolymer.
