摘    要:文中就利用剪切干涉仪测量激光大气传输相位畸变的问题进行了探讨.对横向剪切干涉仪(LSI)及Hartmann波前传感器的波前探测和复原进行了类比仿真分析,结果表明在同等条件下,前者的波前复原能力优于后者.利用我们研制的二维剪切干涉仪,对激光大气传输湍流效应引起的波前畸变进行了测量,对实验结果进行了初步的研究分析,并首次得到了激光大气传输相位不连续性的直接测量结果,验证了LSI应用于测量激光大气传输相位畸变的可行性和优越性.

Abstract:A Lateral Shear Interferometer (LSI) is used for the measurement of the phase distortion of a laser beam propagating through the atmosphere, and for the detection of branch points. Comparisons have been made between the detection and reconstruction of wavefront by a LSI and a Hartmann Wavefront Sensor (HWS) through numerical simulation. Dynamic wavefront aberrations caused by turbulence for a laser beam propagating through the atmosphere are measured synchronologically from lateral shear interferograms sheared in two orthogonal directions with a LSI. At last, We gave out some elementary analytic results, and for the first time, we carried out direct measurement of the phase discontinuity for a laser beam propagating through the atmosphere.
