| 摘 要： | 针对多人两层多目标决策问题，应用Ｋｕｈｎ－Ｔｕｃｋｅｒ充要条件，论证了将其转化为等价的一般多目标决策问题的方法，为了体现决策者的意志，给出了满意度和满意解的定量描述，借助ε－约束法将其化为单目标决策问题，并采用模拟退火算法出全局最优解。
