双管板换热器厚管板强度胀接工艺探讨

摘    要:对双管板换热器制造过程中,厚管板的胀接采用机械胀接和液压胀接2种方法进行了分析比较。工艺试验表明:2种胀接方法都能够获得合格的胀接接头;与机械胀接相比,液压胀接具有工作效率高、胀接质量好和生产成本低等优点。

Abstract:During the manufacture of a double tubesheet heat compared of two methods of expand tube joint with thick tubesheet, exchanger analytical results are viz., mechanical and hydraulic. The process experiment shows that both gives qualified expand tube joints, but compared with the mechanical method, the hydraulic method has the advantages of high efficiency in work, good quality of expand tube joints, and low production cost.
