碳纤维涂覆SiO2新工艺及涂层特性

摘    要:本文采用一种简单的新工艺。成功地在国产碳纤维表面涂覆一层均匀的SiO2涂层。并研究了碳纤维涂覆的耐热性及与镁液的复合效果。结果表明,碳纤维涂覆后可以在700℃以上不氧化,与镁液复合效果良好。

Abstract:A simple and new process is introduced to successfully form silica coat-on the surface of the carbon fibers made in China.Study has been made the temperature resistant characteristic of the coated fibres and the compatibility between the coated fibres and molten magnesium.It is shown that the coated fibres are oxiided in air up to 700℃ and are wetted excellently by molten magnesium.
