电控柴油机喷油提前角的优化

摘    要:对电控柴油机油耗和NOx随喷油提前角的变化进行了试验研究,并采用电控柴油机参数标定的局部优化和整体优化方法,找出一组使柴油机满足排放法规中NOx排放且油耗最低的供油提前角。

Abstract:The influence of injection timing on the BSFC and NOx emission was investigated in an electronically-controlled diesel engine. By approach of partial and overall optimization of parameters′calibration, a set of injection advance angles were obtained which make NOx meet the emission law on condition that the engine has the lowest BSFC.
