筒形机匣等温精锻时模具的加热及有限元热场分析

摘    要:通过理论分析和计算确定了筒形机匣等温精密模锻时模具的加热温度,制定出正确的加热方案,并根据实际需要设计并选择了合理、可行的加热装置。开发了有限元热场分析的计算程序,并对筒形机匣等温精锻模具进行了热场分析,模拟了模具的动态及稳态温度场状况,验证了加热装置及方案设计的正确、可行性。该程序的开发和应用为等温模锻时确定模具的加热温度提供了新的理论依据和方法。

Abstract:By means of theoretical analysis and calculation, the heating thermal range and heating system were determined for the isothermal precision forging dies of the cylindrical housing. A reasonable and reliable heating device was designed. A FEM computer program was developed to analyze the thermal field of the isothermal forging dies of the housing. Dynamic and steady thermal field were simulated and the results confirmed that the heating device was correct. This program gave a new theoretical basis and method for the determination of the heating of dies in the isothermal forging process.
