基于电视一卡通交费购电系统的设计研究

基于电力营销系统中各种传统交费方式存在的不足,本文提出了一种全新的交费模式,即电视一卡通交费购电系统。它可以完成居民用户的普通缴费和卡表购电。该方式具有操作简单、24小时营业、足不出户等特点。在理论分析上应用已存在的银电联网模式,将有线电视台视为某银行进行建模和开发。系统开发完成后可以较好解决交费难问题,提高电力公司科技服务水平。
