| 摘 要： | 截止到2011年9月中旬,中沙(天津)石化有限公司乙腈法丁二烯装置已经连续运转20个月。从装置投料开车至今,丁二烯装置的连续运行时间之长在国内当属首例。首次开车的装置能运行如此长时间,与规范的日常操作和严细的管理密不可分。本文对确保丁二烯装置长周期运行的管理措施进行了归纳总结,这些管理措施对国内同类装置今后长周期、平稳运行具有一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Up to the middle of September 2011,butadiene plant in worksite of the author has continued operation for 20 months.The plant is continuous operation for so long period,which is first instance in China.The satisfactory results depend on the operating in standardization and strict management.This paper summarizes the management measures to ensure the long time operation of the plant. |
