催化裂化油浆过滤技术的改进及应用

摘    要:催化裂化油浆具有重要的开发利用价值,但油浆中残留的大量催化剂颗粒限制了其作为高附加值产品的应用。采用增产丙烯、多产异构化烷烃的清洁汽油生产工艺后,催化裂化油浆呈现劣质化、重质化的特点。为了适应催化裂化油浆的变化特点,在原有过滤分离技术基础上,通过实验研究开发了"旋液分离+过滤"油浆过滤技术并进行了工业应用试验。试验结果表明,该技术能延长油浆过滤系统的运行周期,固体颗粒脱除率达到95%以上。

Abstract:The slurry oil from fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) has important development and utilization value,but the catalyst particles in the slurry oil impede its application as one of high value-added product.The slurry oil has presented heavier and degraded characteristics since technology of maximizing iso-paraffins cleaner gasoline and propylene applied in gasoline production.In order to adapt to the characteristics of the oil,methods of suspension separation and filtrating are developed by experiment research with use of previous filtration separation technology and the commercial scale test of the method conducted.The test results show that the method can extend operation period of the filtration system,and more than 95% of removal rate for solid particle.
