摘    要:在测井过程通过磁定位器检测出油、套管接箍连续剖面曲线 ,可确定下井仪器的精确位置 ,针对磁定位器检出的油、套管接箍信号的特点 ,讨论了存储式测井仪对接箍信号的测量及存储方法。预先在存储式仪器井下单片机程序中设计一个接箍信号数学模型 ,利用信号波形识别方法测量和采集接箍信号 ,只有与接箍信号模型相匹配的测量信号方视为有效接箍信号存储下来 ,与模型不匹配的信号作为无用信号 ,不予采集 ,这样可节省大量数据存储空间。提出通过分析相邻两组测量数组的相关性 ,仅提取增量的方法 ,减少冗余信息来达到压缩数据的目的 ,接箍信号增量信息还可与其它测量参数的增量信息一起编码存储 ,将更能节省存储空间。

Abstract:The exact position of the logging tool can be determined through the continuous profile curves of tubing and casing collars detected by the magnetic locator during the logging operation. According to the features of the tubing and casing collar signals detected by the magnetic locator, this article discusses the method of measuring and storing the collar signals from the memory-logging tool. A collar signal mathematical model is pre-designed in downhole single chip processor's program, and then the collar signals can be measured and acquired using the signal waveform identifying method. The measuring signals, which are compatible with the collar signal model, are stored as effective collar signals, and those which are not compatible with the collar signal model are regarded as ineffective signals and not acquired, therefore saving a plenty of data memory space. This article also presents the increment extraction method by analyzing the interrelation of the adjacent two sets of measuring data so as to reduce the redundant information and compress the data. The incremental signal of the collar signals can be encoded and stored with the incremental signal of other measuring parameters, which can save more memory space.
