摘    要:通过对CDIO工程教育的理论研究,根据机械类专业教育教学的规律,构建基于CDIO工程教育理念的机械设计制造及其自动化专业人才培养新模式,建立新的理论和实践课程体系。改变传统的办学模式,采用"3+1"模式要求学生一年在企业进行工程实践活动,参与企业的生产过程,使学生得到真实的工程环境的锻炼,直接培养了学生工程能力,使学生的工程素养和职业能力大大地提高,有效地促进了校企合作,提升学生的就业率和就业品质。

Study and Practise of Talent Training Mode of Mechanical Speciality Based on CDIO Project Education Idea

Abstract:By Means of Theoretical Research on CDIO project education, according to educational theory of mechanical speciality, machine design manufacture and automation based on CDIO project education idea and new curriculum sys- tem have been constructed. 3+1 education model instead of traditional school-running model has been adopted. Students are demanded one year of engineering practical activity at enterprises, to participate the production process of enterprises. The real engineering environment training has been obtained, the engineering ability of students has been cultured directly. The students' engineering quality and Professional Ability have been developed, cooperation between school and enterprise has been promoted effectively, students' employment rate and quality have been lifted obviously.
