摘    要:通过将真丝与少量特种涤纶纤维复合加捻的方法,改变原料结构,同时合理设计线型结构与织物组织,配置好经纬密度,经反复试样比较,开发出较理想的新型防缩抗皱真丝面料,在保持真丝光泽、手感等基本风格的同时,显著地改善了织物的抗皱性能,从而提高了丝绸产品的档次和附加值。

Abstract:An ideal new type crease and shrink resistant silk fabric is developed by twisting composite silk yarn containing a small amount of special polyester fiber, and adopting rational design of yarn construction and fabric weave with proper arrangement of fabric count. It is found that the fabric remarkably improves its crease resistance, while retaining silk basic properties such as hand touch and luster, thus enhancing the quality level and added value of silk products.
