消化腺影像学检查技术的新进展

本文综述了新影像检查技术应用在诊断消化腺病变方面的进展情况，如：肝硬化结节的CT和MRI对于发现小肝细胞癌和癌前病变的诊断及治疗极其重要，因为可以根治；慢性肝病的多层CT（MSCT）和MRI研究；肝癌的氩氦刀冷冻治疗的临床应用，这是一种安全、有效的微创治疗方法，不仅能将肿瘤细胞分离、冻死，而且释放的肿瘤抗原能产生抗肿瘤免疫作用，彻底去除残留和转移的病灶；还有肝移植后并发症的介入法治疗、胰腺炎和胰腺肿瘤的诊断等。

New Advancements of Imaging Examination Technologies of Digestive Glands

This article summarized the advancements of the application of new imaging examination technologies in the diagnosis of digestive glands lesions, e.g. CT and MRI of liver cirrhosis, extremely important in the diagnosis and treatment of small HCC and pre-eaneer lesions which are wholly curable; chronic liver disease＇s multi-layered CT （MSCT） and MRI research; clinic operation using argon-helium knife and freezing techniques performing a safe and efficient micro-traumatic treatment of liver tumor, effectively separating and killing the tumor cells and eliminating residual and transferred focus by releasing anti-tumor genes having strong anti-tumor immunity function; the treatment of complication diseases of liver transplant; the diagnosis of pancreatitis and pancreas tumors etc.
