棉花产地对棉浆性能影响的研究

棉花是制浆造纸的优质原料，主要用于生产高档文化用纸、证券纸和生活用纸。由于棉花产地不同，棉花的性能有一定差异，导致纸浆性能差别较大。作者对国内不同产地的棉花的成熟系数、平均单根纤维断裂强力、断裂长度、马克隆值等进行了分析，并采用NaOH—H2O2法进行了蒸煮漂白试验，初步寻找出了棉花纸浆性能产地差异的规律。此外根据试验结果和通过生产实践，研究了棉花品质对成纸质量的影响，发现成纸强度与棉纤维成熟系数、断裂长度等有一定的关系。由此通过检验棉花即可预测成浆性能的优劣。

RESEARCH ON INFLUECE OF COTTON GROWING AREA ON COTTON PULP PROPERTIES

Cotton is a good quality raw material for making pulp and paper. It is mainly used to produce high-grade culture paper, security and household paper. Because cotton is produced in different growing areas, there are certain differences in cotton properties and thus big differences in pulp properties. By analyzing in the regards such as maturing coefficient, average single fiber breaking strength, breaking length and Micron Value of cotton from different growing areas in China, and conducting boiling and bleaching tests adopting NaOH-H2O2 method, this research finds out the law of pulp property differences caused by difference in growing areas. On the basis of tests results and production practices, it studies the influence of cotton quality on the quality of finished paper and finds that there are certain relations between strength of finished paper and cotton fiber's maturing coefficient and breaking length etc. Through cotton testing, the quality of finished paper properties can be better calculated.
